Birtles has over 30 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. Over the course of her career, Kathey has been
involved in recruiting, benefits, training, compensation and employee relations.
Kathey has worked for profit as well as non-profit organizations. She has also worked in both unionized and
non-unionized setting. These different
work environments have provided Kathey with unlimited resources to draw upon. Kathey
has held her CPHR designation since 2004. Others have described Kathey as a
passionate practitioner; Kathey describes herself as someone who strives for
fairness within the workplace.
