Building an understanding of your candidate – 3 pillars to use when
recruiting for top talent
Understanding who your candidate is, is more complex than just reviewing
their resume. They are bringing much more to the table than just that one
document. They bring their professional and personal experiences, their
network, their interactions and relationships and their behavioural
"style". In acquiring top talent – that is, the right person for the
right job, there are a number of "pillars" to consider when you are
building your understanding of a candidate. At Servus we focus on 3 valuable
pillars; (1) the resume, (2), the interview, and (3) their behavioural style.
For this session, we will focus on assessing the candidate's behavioural style
and how you can incorporate that into your hiring decision.
