This session will focus on the topic of HR Strategy.
Strategy is only as good as its execution!!
While strategy is
important, as it is a general direction set for the company and its various
components to achieve a desired state in the future, however it is equally
important to keep it simple, such that it is easy for people to understand and
execute it as planned. Having said that, absence of clear strategy, an organization
and its people can get lost in a morass of confusion, redundancy and
frustration. Strategy, according to me can be split into three stages –
Develop, Align and Deploy, and all three stages plays a critical role in its
