Wendy Bulbuck Employee & Labour Relations Director – Calgary Board of Education   

Session Description: This session will provide a basic overview and introduction into the exciting area of Labour Relations. The focus will be on promoting a collaborative work environment whereby Management and Union Representative’s may partner and problem solve labour relations issues effectively in the workplace.     

Biography: Wendy Bulbuck is currently the Employee and Labour Relations Director with the Calgary Board of Education (CBE). She has 25 years of extensive Human Resources experience in both public and private sector organizations in Senior Leadership Positions.  She specializes in the area of Labour Relations including grievance arbitration, collective bargaining and mediation work. She oversees a team of Human Resources professionals engaged in advisory services, compensation, benefits, employee recognition and employee health and wellness.   Wendy attended the University of Winnipeg Bachelor of Arts Program and the University of Calgary Conflict Resolution Program including negotiation and mediation.
