Session Description: The objective of our session is to familiarize attendees about the basics of benefits; group benefits available, how pricing works, how renewals are priced and the future sustainability of benefits programs and rates.  We will also look at the impact that benefits have on Recruitment and Retention and how to leverage benefits as a selling point to current employees and talent you want to attract.
