You are not alone if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the demands and distractions faced at work, as well as the spill-over effect into your personal life.   

This practical session explores ways to help prevent stress from hijacking your day. Learn tips to increase focus, harness your peak energy, and combat digital distraction (even addiction) and decision fatigue.  With so much competing for your attention, its crucial to have productive habits and a tool kit to ensure you can do satisfying and impactful work every day.    

Built around the fun and engaging theme of the characteristics of a Productivity Ninja such as ruthlessness, agility, and zen-like calm, we’ll share the brain science and best-practices to increase productivity and reduce stress.  Learn a few tips to eliminate those nagging feelings of doubt and overload panic, and replace them with playful, purposeful and productive momentum.

As a Productivity Ninja, Jill delivers workshops to clients who want to get more out of their workday so they can make the most of life beyond the office. She offers new perspectives so that time and talent is never wasted. For Jill, it’s about more than strategies – it’s about giving people clarity and a sense of calm in their day.
